We are happy to accept the return of goods purchased from Jack Shaw's Sock Store for a full refund if returned within 21 days of purchase date and provided all items returned are unused, without damage and in a fully re-saleable condition, with all tags and packaging intact.

Any items returned where the packaging has been removed or damaged or the goods are used or damaged will be rejected and we may have to return them to you at your own expense.

For hygiene reasons we are unable to accept returns of worn items.
